Refund Policy - the basics

The Refund Policy outlined by AngelsHRBoutique™ is a legally binding agreement between our business and our clients. It defines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our service-based offerings.

As a provider of personalized, strategic HR and career advisory services, AngelsHRBoutique™ does not offer physical goods and therefore is not subject to traditional product return policies. However, we recognize the importance of clear expectations and accountability in our client relationships.

This policy has been created to help both parties avoid misunderstandings and to remain in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please note that:

  • All purchases are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

What to include in the Refund Policy

At AngelsHRBoutique™, we provide strategic HR and career advising services designed to meet your unique needs through personalized sessions and curated packages. Because our offerings are time-based, customized services—not tangible products—all sales are final.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not guaranteed and are generally not issued once a session or package has been booked and/or delivered. However, under limited and exceptional circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the original scheduled service to be considered. Requests submitted beyond this window will not be eligible.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • You miss or cancel a scheduled session without 24 hours’ notice.

  • You change your mind after booking.

  • You feel dissatisfied due to subjective preference rather than a service failure.

  • You fail to participate or provide necessary materials for your session (e.g., resume drafts, background info, etc.).

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted without penalty. Additional changes may incur a rebooking fee.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. AngelsHRBoutique™ reserves the right to deduct any applicable service or processing fees.

No Guarantee Clause

While our services aim to provide clarity, strategy, and empowerment, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, promotions, or dispute resolutions. Your results depend on personal effort, timing, and external circumstances.

Agreement

By purchasing any service or package from AngelsHRBoutique™, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
